Facebook doesn’t support premiere pro files, and I tried converting them into avi files but they’re too big (they have to be under 300 MB). How do I make them smaller without losing all the quality?

I want to make a web design in adobe illustrator but I don’t know how to get it to dreamweaver.
Do I save it as an image and then plot the links out?
