(1) Age: 18 ~ 55 years of age.

(2) Weight: Boy “= 50 kg Women” = 45 kg.

(3) blood pressure of 12 ~ 20 / 8 ~ 12 kPa (90 to 140/60 to 90 mm Hg), pulse pressure> = 4 kPa (> = 30 mm Hg).

(4) Pulse: 60 ~ 100 times / min, a high degree of endurance athletes> = 50 beats / min.

(5) body temperature normal.

(6) stained yellow skin, no wound infection, no large area of skin, superficial lymph node was swollen.

(7) features without serious illness, no scleral jaundice, thyroid not enlarged.

(8) limbs, no serious disability, no severe functional impairment and no joint swelling.

(9) Chest: normal cardiopulmonary (heart murmur can be regarded as normal physiological).

(10) Abdomen: abdomen soft, no mass, no tenderness, liver and spleen not enlarged.
