What Is The Best Web Cam At A Reasonable Cost?

What is the best web cam for a reasonable cost? Also where is the best place to go to purchase them? Both web cams must fit notebooks/laptop computers. Thanks all in advance.
The Logitech QuickCam Communicate STX seems to be a good camera. It’s pretty moderately priced (you can spend ~$100 on a good webcam) and has decent reviews. You can buy one anywhere – amazon.com, newegg.com, or any other computer hardware store.
I’ve heard that Firewire are much better than USB Web Cams.
