Why Do Some People Get The New Facebook Homepage First And Not Others?
2010-02-06 at 03:46 am hugegeIve got some friends who got the new Facebook homepage and some who still have the old Facebook homepage. Ive got the old one myself. Why do some people get the new one but others keep the old one longer? Like, why did I not get the new one, but some other people did?
They added the “new facebook” app or they clicked go to new profile view at the top.
However if you STILL have the old one right now, then your lucky because everyone was suppose to switch to the new crap.
Personally I like the new facebook but everyone else hates it so I’m telling you right now that unless you love change you wont like facebook.
Well I first went on it and it gave me a little notice about how it was going to change, but it wasn’t very obvious at all.
Then I logged off and went on a little while later and it all changed, so maybe once you log off again then you will have the new one, I expect that everyone will have the new one by tomorrow though.
I guess they are just updating it and they are doing it one server at a time and it just takes time to go through 1,800,000 accounts!
See if facebook change something so it requires time to change every ones home page, because facebook is getting popular day by day so the load of people is also increasing that’s why it takes time to change one by one.
ughhh I just got it and it sucks i hate it i wish they wouldve just left it alone
