How Do I Delete The Ribbon Thing On My Pic On Twitter?

Your best option is to upload a new picture. Perhaps even the same picture without the ribbon added.
If you just change the picture it should get rid of it, even if it is the same.
I had one of those green ribbons and I just re-uploaded the same picture and it returned to the original.
