What Is A Good Cooking Blog With Lots Of Pictures?

I just moved and I finally have a kitchen I can cook in! I love reading recipes online that include pictures, and I like the blog formats and community. I like all kinds of cooking, but I don’t like to focus on any one thing (like a blog JUST about desserts, or JUST about Asian cooking). I really love seeing pictures, not just end result pictures, but step-by-step process pictures.
Anybody know any good blogs?
