How Can I Delete My Web Browsing History From The Server At Work?
2010-01-28 at 03:26 am hugegeI have obtained full administrator rights, but need to know where to go to delete the logs. I have been on the web a bit too much in the last few months (instead of working) and don’t want to get in trouble. We are running Server 2003. Thanks!
You can’t. This system uses a corporate backup log that records all data in case of an audit or legal investigation. It’s non-deleteable.
goto start , control panel and delelte,delete all yes to all
also if u r using xp goto setting tab on your tool bar and delete browsing hiostory… good luck

By law, records are kept. As stated in one of the first responses, companes’ records are stored for audit and investigation purposes.
There is gotta be a way to delete them though, but we would be walking a slippery slope.
