How Do I Change My Web Browser Application Settings?

I have a 3connect dongle connected to my pc and i changed my default web browser bye mistake (it was safari) now my default web browser is internet explorer 8, but i still can’t get connected to 3connect so how do i change my web browser application settings, need help fast i don’t have a clue where the web browser application settings are.

    Try putting ‘Safari’ in search on the start menu bar and then double click the icon when it is found.
    Might work!
